About Velante and these terms

These Terms & Conditions explain how Velante Design (“Velante”, “we”, “us”) provides website strategy, website design, development and related digital services to clients (“you”). They apply to enquiries and services ordered from us, together with any written proposal, statement of work, order confirmation or separately signed agreement.

Velante Design is the trading name used on this website. You can contact us at velante.design@outlook.com or +40 732 988 022. The contracting party’s details are confirmed in the applicable written proposal or agreement.

If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these terms, the project-specific agreement controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Services and what is included

Our published services include website strategy sessions, custom website design and development, landing pages and redesign work. The Pricing section currently describes three offers:

  • 1-to-1 Website Strategy — 1,000 RON: a discovery and strategy discussion, review of goals, website structure and recommendations, followed by a next-step action plan.
  • Premium Website — 8,900 RON: up to five core pages, responsive design and development, contact/enquiry integration, foundational SEO and launch setup, and two structured revision rounds.
  • Premium Website Plus — 9,900 RON: the Premium package plus up to seven core pages, enhanced motion, analytics/tracking setup where agreed, priority revision workflow and 30 days of post-launch support.

The website outlines the typical package scope; the final scope, page count, integrations, deliverables, timeline, dependencies and exclusions are confirmed in writing before you commit to payment. Work outside that scope requires a separately agreed change or quotation.

Enquiries, proposals and acceptance

Contacting us, requesting a quotation or choosing a package on this website does not automatically create a paid contract. We first discuss your requirements and provide the written scope, fees, applicable taxes, payment milestones, expected delivery schedule and key terms. A project begins only after both parties accept the proposal or agreement and any agreed initial payment is received.

We may decline enquiries outside our expertise, capacity or applicable law. The dates and deliverables shown in a proposal are based on the information available when it is prepared.

Fees, invoices and payments

Website prices are displayed in Romanian lei (RON). Unless explicitly described as fixed for an agreed scope, published package prices are starting prices for the inclusions listed. We will confirm whether VAT or other applicable taxes are included, and the final payable total, before payment is requested.

Consultation bookings, project deposits, progress invoices and final balances—if applicable—follow the payment schedule in your written agreement. We will tell you whether any payment is due in advance; a website package is not necessarily payable in full at the outset. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid fonts, plug-ins, subscriptions and external services are not included unless explicitly stated in the quote.

Payments may be made using the methods stated in the invoice or secure payment link. If a third-party payment processor is used, its own payment and privacy terms may also apply. We do not ask you to email complete card details.

Client cooperation and project changes

You agree to provide accurate project information, lawful materials, relevant brand assets, required content and timely feedback, approvals and access needed to perform the work. You must have the necessary rights to any text, images, trademarks, fonts or other materials you provide.

Delays in receiving input, feedback, content or third-party credentials may extend the schedule. We will communicate material changes and agree any additional fees before carrying out out-of-scope work. Revision rounds cover changes within the agreed brief; substantial changes of direction, new pages and new functionality may require a new quotation.

06 / 11

Reviews, acceptance and launch

We generally provide preview or staging links for review, collect consolidated feedback and test the agreed features before launch. The number of included revision rounds is determined by the accepted package and agreement. A final approval and any required launch credentials are requested before publishing to your domain.

If concerns arise, please identify them clearly and promptly so we can investigate. A requested launch date may change when technical access, approvals or third-party services are delayed.

07 / 11

Intellectual property and third-party materials

You retain ownership of materials you supply to us. Unless otherwise agreed, once all amounts due for the agreed deliverables have been paid, you receive the rights to use the final commissioned website deliverables as set out in the written agreement. Velante retains ownership of pre-existing methods, internal tools, unused concepts and materials that were not specifically transferred.

Third-party fonts, images, software, open-source components and integrations remain subject to their respective licences. Where a paid licence or account is required, we will identify that requirement. We may ask permission before displaying your completed work in our portfolio; confidentiality obligations and your written restrictions take priority.

08 / 11

Technical limitations and support

We design and test for the browsers, devices and functionality specified in the agreement. Performance scores, search rankings, advertising results, conversion rates, sales or uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. External hosting providers, DNS systems, third-party applications and customer-supplied integrations may affect availability and functionality.

Unless expressly included, ongoing maintenance, updates, hosting, security monitoring, backups, content management and technical support after the agreed support period are separate services. Included post-launch support covers the agreed scope described in the Service Delivery Policy and written agreement.

09 / 11

Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains rescheduling, project termination, refunds, and any statutory withdrawal rights that apply to consumers. Mandatory rights under Romanian and EU law take precedence over any conflicting commercial term. If you are contracting as a consumer, please review the refund policy before requesting an early start to services.

10 / 11

Responsibility and applicable law

Each party is responsible for its own acts and obligations. Any contractual limitation of liability must be expressly agreed in writing and will not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

These terms are intended to operate under applicable Romanian law, without depriving consumers of protections that apply under mandatory EU or national rules. We aim to resolve concerns promptly through direct contact at velante.design@outlook.com before formal proceedings. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction is determined by applicable law and any valid agreement, without restricting mandatory consumer rights.

11 / 11

Changes to these terms

We may update these website terms to reflect changes in services, systems or applicable law. The version in effect when a contract is concluded applies to that contract unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise. Material changes to active engagements will not be imposed unilaterally where consent is required.
