What are your current prices?
Our published offers are the 1-to-1 Website Strategy at 1,000 RON, Premium Website at 8,900 RON and Premium Website Plus at 9,900 RON. Prices refer to the described scope; a final written quote confirms the actual total, applicable taxes and any extras before you pay.
Do I pay immediately when I click a pricing button?
No. Pricing buttons lead to our contact details, not an instant checkout. We discuss your requirements and confirm the scope, payment terms and schedule first.
What is included in the 1-to-1 strategy session?
A private discussion of your business, target audience, goals, site structure, features and design direction, plus practical next steps. The meeting duration, format and appointment time are agreed when booking.
What is the difference between Premium and Premium Plus?
Premium includes up to five pages, responsive design and development, enquiry integration, launch basics and two revision rounds. Plus adds up to seven pages, enhanced interactions, an agreed analytics setup, a priority review workflow and 30 days of post-launch support.
How long does a website take to build?
The timeline depends on the number of pages, content readiness, features and your feedback. We provide a project-specific schedule before you accept the work rather than promise the same deadline for every website.
Can I request additional pages or features?
Yes. Tell us what you need. We will explain what fits the selected package and quote any additional features, pages or integrations before proceeding.
Can you redesign a website I already have?
Yes. We can assess your existing site, discuss which parts should be retained and propose a new design and build suited to your business.
Are websites mobile-friendly?
Yes. Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile are included in the website packages. We review the agreed pages at relevant screen sizes before launch.
Do you include hosting and a domain name?
Not automatically. If you already own a domain or hosting account, we can discuss using it. Any new domain, hosting, email service, paid asset or recurring subscription is itemised in the proposal if it is not included.
Can I update my website myself afterward?
That depends on how your website is built and whether a content management system is part of your scope. If self-editing is important, tell us at the beginning so we can recommend an appropriate setup.
What is a revision round?
A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on an agreed design or website milestone. The Premium package includes two rounds. Requests for entirely new functionality or a changed brief may be quoted separately.
Is SEO included?
Technical SEO foundations such as page titles, basic metadata and clean structure are included in the website package where applicable. Ongoing SEO campaigns and guaranteed rankings are not included.
Can I pay with a card?
We can arrange the payment method shown in your accepted invoice or payment request. Secure card payments may be offered through a third-party provider once enabled; we do not collect full card details by email or WhatsApp.
Can I cancel a project or request a refund?
Yes. Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the service, project progress, your agreement and any mandatory legal rights, including applicable consumer withdrawal rights. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the procedure.
What happens after my website launches?
We complete the agreed handover and any included support. Premium Plus includes 30 days of defined post-launch support. Longer-term hosting, maintenance or regular content updates can be agreed separately.
Will you use AI when creating my website?
We may use professional design, development and AI-assisted tools as part of our workflow, with human review of deliverables. If a project contains confidential or sensitive material, we should agree how that material may be handled before it is shared with external tools.
