What we deliver

Velante Design provides digital services, not physical products. Depending on your agreement, deliverables may include a website plan, visual direction, responsive pages, development files, a staging preview, integrations and launch support. No physical shipping is involved.

Every engagement begins with the service description in our Pricing section and a written scope confirming what is included for your specific project.

How a project starts

After an enquiry, we review your goals, propose a scope and provide a quote with applicable tax treatment, payment schedule and estimated timeline. Work generally begins when the project is accepted in writing, the required inputs are available and any agreed initial payment has been received.

For the 1-to-1 strategy service, the meeting date, time, format, duration and follow-up deliverables are confirmed when the session is booked. For website builds, the expected start and completion milestones are agreed before the project begins.

Our typical project stages

1. Discovery & direction. We review your audience, brand, business objectives, content and required functionality.
2. Structure & design. We map the pages and create a suitable visual direction.
3. Development. We build and adapt the agreed pages for mobile, tablet and desktop, including the integrations in scope.
4. Review & revisions. You receive a preview or review material and we apply the included revision rounds.
5. Quality checks & launch. We test the agreed features, assist with hosting or domain configuration as scoped, and help publish the approved site.
6. Handover & support. We supply agreed deliverables or access details and provide any included post-launch support.

Projects may follow a different sequence if the confirmed proposal requires it.

Timing and client dependencies

Design and development timelines are project-specific; an estimated launch date will be written into the accepted proposal. Timescales depend on complexity, content readiness, approvals, technical integrations and timely feedback. We will tell you about material schedule changes as soon as reasonably practicable.

We may need approved text and images, a domain or hosting account, brand assets, legal wording for your own site and access to services you want integrated. Please share credentials securely and avoid placing passwords in ordinary email or WhatsApp messages.

What each website package includes

Features such as e-commerce, complex booking systems, custom databases, paid tools, translations or a larger page count are not automatically included. The written proposal determines final inclusions.

Delivery, acceptance and revisions

We normally deliver preview materials digitally and ask for consolidated feedback. For the Premium package, two structured revision rounds are included; the Plus package follows its confirmed priority revision workflow. Additional changes may be quoted separately.

Once the final website is approved and relevant balances are settled, we complete the agreed handover or deployment. We will explain what credentials, files, access or documentation form part of the handover. We do not consider a project delivered merely because a draft was first shared.

Hosting, domains and third-party services

We can help configure a custom domain and hosting when included in the proposal. Domain registration, hosting plans, paid plug-ins, premium assets, email hosting and other recurring third-party services are separate charges unless expressly quoted otherwise. Availability, renewals and third-party platform rules remain subject to the relevant provider.

Basic technical SEO setup does not guarantee a particular Google ranking, and performance varies with hosting, content and external services.

Post-launch support

The Premium Website Plus package includes 30 days of post-launch support starting from the agreed live launch date. Unless the project agreement specifies otherwise, this means investigating and correcting reproducible issues in the delivered work that fall within the agreed scope. New pages, new features, routine content publishing, third-party subscription fees and unrelated changes are not automatically included.

For projects without an included support period, or for ongoing maintenance after it expires, we can quote separate support services. Mandatory legal remedies are unaffected by package support limits.
